Where We’ve Been – Page 27 – Roaming with the Rivers

This is the famous Stari Most - the Old Bridge in Mostar. The bridge was built in the 1500's, destroyed in 1993 during the Bosnian war then rebuilt between 2001 - 2004 using original stone salvaged from the river below.

Zagreb had a wonderful farmers market. It was just a few minutes from our apartment. In addition to fruits and vegetables, there were so many vendors selling bread, cheese, fish, meat. I LOVED IT!
